On the afternoon of the 12th
atober,1989, the
above junk was fighing at a point between FAN LAU and
A CHAU Island.

The following persons were on board:-

all three being my relations.
At about 16.9 houre I

I saw a Japanese trawler approaching from the direction

afterwards one of the dinghys from the junk was lowered
